Eligibility should be given to students who apply for the Civil Services Examination, during the last year of graduation The exams have been given but the result of which can not be released, they are also eligible for the preliminary examination, but they have to submit the photocopy of all the certificates while applying for the main examination.

Under special circumstances, the UPSC can consider any such candidate as eligible for admission in the examination, which does not have any degree given above, provided that the candidate has passed an examination conducted by any institution whose level is according to the commission's opinion. It may be that on the basis of which candidates can be allowed to sit in the UPSC examination. Candidates who have passed their final business MBBS or any other medical examination but have not completed their internship while presenting the application form for the Civil Services Main Examination can also sit in the final examination, provided they submit their applications. Submit a copy of the certificate of this effect from the concerned university or institution authority that they Dikshit have passed the final professional medical examination. In such cases, candidates will have to submit their original degree or certificates from the concerned authority of the university/institution at the time of the interview that they have fulfilled all the requirements (including completion of internship) to provide the degree.

In the case of academic qualifications, students often have a question that the students of the last year of graduation can sit in the examination or from where they have graduated, it is recognized. Many students also have question that the certificates of Distance Education or Evening Classes or any other Board (Madarsa or Sanskrit Board) are recognized or not, as far as the first question is concerned, here we have already told that Those students who are in the last years of the graduation can also sit in the preliminary examination, but they must pass a graduate examination while applying for the main examination . This will be because the Union Public Service Commission demands the shadow copy of all the certificates while applying the UPSC Chief Examination application.

Let us now come to the second question that whether the institution from which you have graduated or its degree is recognized or not. Then for this, you can check it by going to the University Grants Commission UGC, Union HRD Ministry or Ministry of Education's website. There is a list of universities or educational institutions that are recognized.
